All  bookings must be paid in advance before the event date. 

Required Deposit: 20% of the lesson fee is required to secure your booking (non-refundable).

Cancellation by the customer:

Cancellation by customer more than 30 days prior to lesson, full deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation by customer 8-29 days prior to lesson, 50% of the total booking value will be forfeited.

Cancellation by customer less than 8 days prior to lesson, 100% of the total booking value will be forfeited.

Cancellation by Snow Mountain Love:

If any lesson is cancelled by us due to personal injury, illness, or other extreme circumstances, a complete refund will be provided.

You will not be entitled to make any further claim for compensation, damages, expenses, loss of time or inconvenience.
